Event Coordinator/fundraising officer
With a deep passion, rooted in giving a voice back to those whose voices had been taken away, Corrinne finds joy in helping fundraising efforts and leading team trips to Small Steps in Tanzania. She is currently studying a Masters in Sustainable Business in Dunedin, New Zealand. Corrinne, has over 10 years of experience being involved and working with non-profit organizations. She plans to use her background and experience to continue to making an impact in the world, specifically making sure that all children feel loved. Corrinne has a particular weakness for the Tanzanian delicacy Passionfruit Fanta.
Jacob, loves stories. He loves hearing them and he loves telling them. One day he was given the opportunity to tell stories through photos and videos. Visual story became his passion as he now focuses his lens on adventure sports and more importantly, humanitarian efforts/social rights. In the summer of 2016, Jacob felt right at home becoming apart of the Small Steps family by helping share the stories of those who will change the world.
Rachael has been working in Organizational and Financial Management for the past 10 years. As a mother, she has dreamed of a career that would integrate her organizational skillset, and intrinsic desire to help make a positive impact on the lives of children in need. In 2016, Rachael began her journey with Small Steps, and in 2017, expanded her role to become Small Steps' first employee, working as our U.S. Based Operations Manager.
